CSHO Apprenticeship Portal
Welcome to the CSHO apprenticeship portal. This is where you can keep track of your progress and upload all the work required to compile a portfolio of evidence. You will find useful resources throughout your online portal, all presented in a structured manner to help you keep track of your studies throughout.
You can navigate easily around this platform as it is ordered in to weeks. In summary, this is intended for you to upload your evidence in to an online portfolio.
When you are ready to complete your apprenticeship studies, you will be entered on to the End Point Assessment Gateway (EPA). This is where you are assessed against specific criteria to achieve the apprenticeship standard for CSHO. The criteria is organised in to Knowledge, Skills and Behaviour. This will be indicated in this platform, where you will be able to upload your evidence to each unit, every week/month. Once all evidence is uploaded, and you have completed the minimum time required for the apprenticeship, you will be able to enter the EPA gateway – with agreement from your employer.
As part of the apprenticeship, you will also be given the opportunity to complete additional, “bolt-on” qualifications, from teacher training to personal training, PESS, coaching qualifications and more. Depending on the additional course/s chosen, you may have to part-fund a small contribution towards the fees.
