Please note, that should you begin a course with us (including all apprentice personal trainer options), as soon as you accept your learning resources and attend your course induction, you are automatically agreeing to all terms and conditions and you will be bound by these terms and conditions. For all students using our own student loans facility that is financed by Omni Capital, as soon as you accept your loan agreement and sign Omni Capital’s terms and conditions, you confirm that you accept, and will adhere to, all of the terms, conditions, policies and procedures for The Vocational Academy.

For e-commerce course purchases through Reed Courses, we operate a 14-day refund policy:

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on the Reed Courses website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase.

After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. During the first 14 days, if you are not satisfied with our service, you will need to register your complaint with us immediately, where the complaints procedure will be followed as per our policies below. If it is discovered that your complaint is valid, you will be entitled to a full refund.
