Part-Time Blended Learning
If you would prefer to have more classroom based learning with your fitness courses, but you don’t have the time to commit to a full-time course, then this is perfect!
Fitness courses using our part-time, blended learning option are more structured at the same time as having the flexibility needed for a busy lifestyle.
This is a very popular option for all of our fitness courses. Such as our personal training courses, sports massage courses, exercise referral, level 4 low back pain and more.
Put simply, you attend practical training weekends, that are typically set apart every other week. In between these weekends, you undertake guided home study.
Your tutor is always on hand to support you and you can book in times to see them on a 1-2-1 basis should you ever need extra support.
Should you miss a day or a weekend, you can attend a catch up workshop to ensure you don’t fall behind.
The Gym Instructor course currently has 4 weekends, every other week.
The Personal Training courses immediately afterwards have a further 5 weekends for students studying for the full personal trainer diploma – every other week. Or seven weekends for the advanced diploma.
The sports massage courses start at five weekends and the exercise referral course has three weekends – both every other week.
Please note, once we start delivering the levels 4 and 5 sports massage courses, there will be more than five weekends and the structure may vary due to the high level of study.
